I want to put a unit meeting togeater for next Saturday so we can discuss a couple things and get what LoP is going to feel like ironed out, i'm already getting suggestions but a group meeting should at least help clarify our foundation.
Agenda:
1) LoP unit name
2) Rank structure
3) Site administration
4) The level of seriousness (or lack there of) to have
4.a) The want (or disdain) of any form of training program/cadre??
Time of meeting is scheduled for 1830 PST

I think drop commanders can issue any training that we require in our drops.. The new guys will fall in line.. We do need some documentation online that goes over our core rules though.. General guidelines by which we play.... The "Pirate's Code" as it were...
-No exploits
-No obviously D-Bag tactics (Don't bring Shame on the unit)
-Respect each other's individual levels of perceived "Honor" if one guy doesn't do a thing because they think it dishonorable, then respect that. Vice versa, if you see others doing things you don't find honorable but it is still within the realm of legal tactics, respect that too.. We all vary slightly.
-Treat others as you would like to be treated..
-No dumbass trivial drama that shuts the unit down for no apparent reason....
Comm protocol will happen in drops and folks will learn and eventually start to fall in line there...
-Communicate with your team (most important)
-Obey drop command orders to the best of your ability (lone wolfing in a team match isn't good for anyone)
-Learn your team's feel... You don't even need to issue orders after we all have a feel for each other's play...
