He lost pretty much any respect I ever had for him when he went ape on all of us because he couldn't take any suggestions or listen to anyone but himself.
In fact, I think the only one that "betrayed" anyone was him in the end as exemplified by the shutdown and then mass emails sent to all members after the shutdown of the AU forums. You can't be like that and expect anybody to follow your example, it's the worst type of leadership.
One thing he did right after the shutdown tho was to send out the membership info to certain people and that was okay I guess but with me it was a case of too little to late. Sorry, just my opinion.

I'll miss him the way he represented himself to me. I do not agree and frown upon his actions the last few days and on the actions I've heard reported. I understand your position entirely however, and agree with it.
As for me, I will miss him and wish he'd been able to get over his pride, stubbornness and anger. It is unfortunate to lose anyone as passionate as he was for the Battletech Universe.

we all have demons which require exercise, mine happen to be about 20 pounds overweight, and we must all learn to deal with it in our own way.
he is a good guy and fast friend. he has qualities which will be missed and those which won't. we must all decide for ourselves on the foregiveness of ones transgressions; and I, for one, harbor no ill will.
